Privacy Policy

Boundless is a brand of Cruisebound, Inc. ("Boundless", "we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information when you visit boundlesslabs.com (the "Site").

The Site is an informational website about our enterprise cruise platform. You cannot create an account, make a booking or a purchase, or upload anything on it. It is intentionally simple, and so is this policy.

Information we collect

Information you choose to send us. If you contact us through the Site - for example by submitting the enquiry form or emailing us - we receive whatever you include, such as your name, work email address, company, and your message.

Our enquiry form is provided by Typeform, which is embedded in the contact section of our home page. What you type into that form is submitted to Typeform, which processes and stores it on our behalf and passes it to us. Typeform's own handling of that data is described in its privacy policy at typeform.com/privacy-policy. If you would rather not use it, you can reach us by mail at the address at the end of this policy.

Information collected automatically. Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider records basic technical request data (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) in server logs, for security and to keep the Site running. We do not use this information to identify or profile you.

What we do not do. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on the Site, we do not run advertising or tracking pixels, we do not build visitor profiles, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Cookies

We do not set cookies of our own and we do not use browser storage to track you across the Site. The embedded Typeform enquiry form loads a script from Typeform and may set cookies or use browser storage that are necessary to display the form and record your responses. We do not use any of that for advertising or profiling. If we later add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and provide a consent mechanism where the law requires one.

How we use information

We use the information described above only to:

• respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it;
• evaluate and pursue a potential business relationship with your organization;
• operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site; and
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or targeted advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business - for example website hosting, email, our form provider Typeform, and customer relationship tools - and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and server logs for a short period as part of normal hosting operations.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because the only personal information we hold about Site visitors is what you send us, the simplest way to exercise any of these rights is to contact us and ask. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

International visitors

We are based in the United States and information you send us is processed there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to a US recipient.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
